Adolescent girls in the MENA region face significant challenges during menstruation due to cultural stigma, limited education, and inadequate infrastructure, leading to restricted mobility and school absenteeism. Data reveals gaps in menstrual health knowledge, with many girls experiencing distress and boys lacking awareness due to social taboos. Addressing these issues requires comprehensive education, improved facilities, and community efforts to normalize menstruation and ensure gender equity.
